How a Label Maker Saves me Money

When you are on the road of paying off debt, you need to come up with your own strategy’s that work for you.

A money saving strategy that has been working for me involves a label maker.

This is how I save money with a label maker

I have printed out 2 labels and attached both of them to my EFTPOS card and also my credit card.

Both of these cards now have attached to the front of them:

DON’T BUY CRAP

And

IS IT BUDGETED?

Why does this work?

When I am about to pay for something I see these words and it makes me think about the money I am about to spend and if it is worth it. I’ve stopped myself ordering random food because of it, I’ve put things back at the supermarket because of it, I’ve put my card back in my wallet when online shopping because of it.

It’s simple, easy and it works for me.
