I love naps, they give me energy and let me get through the day.  I am lucky in the fact that I can fall asleep most time within a minute.

Lately I’ve been exhausted

So much so that I’ve been to the Dr ab0ut it, a couple of times now actually, I don’t really get sick very often and the times I need to go to the Dr’s is probably once a year if that on average.

So I’ve had 3 lots of blood tests done, a probing at the hospital and they say I am fine.

Apparently it comes down to diet, exercise and dehydration.

So I need to look into those more (even though I didn’t think I was that bad) and see if there is a change.

I just don’t feel right and know that if I keep looking on google I can match my symptoms up to one of many things.

But I’d like to be feeling more awake and being more productive, I have so many things I need to be working on and doing.

I’ll keep this updated if I have something that works.
